9th Annual Holiday Vendor Fair

Booth Hill School, 544 Booth Hill Rd, Shelton, CT 06484 

Thank you for participating in our 9th Annual Holiday Vendor Fair. The cost per vendor is $25 per table, which will help to support the Booth Hill School PTO's efforts to enrich the lives of children through cultural events and other programs.
 
Please register online at https://booth-hill-school-pto.square.site/ by Saturday December 7th. Tables are available on a first come, first served basis so please reserve your space today!
**All vendors will need to go through approval. ** 
 
★ On December 14th the school will be open at 8.00 AM for set up.
★ Please have your table ready by 9:00AM.
★ We will provide a 6 foot table.
★ Please bring a tablecloth and keep your supplies stored neatly beneath your table.
★ We are unable to accommodate food vendors.

    *Acknowledgement: By entering your name in the signature line of this Holiday Vendor Fair Form, you are agreeing to apply to the Booth Hill School for the December 14th, 2024, holiday vendor fair. I agree to donate $25 required for my space by visiting https://booth-hill-school-pto.square.site/ by December 7th. I understand that the individual product liability is my responsibility. I do hereby release and hold harmless Booth Hill School, Booth Hill School PTO, Booth Hill School PTO officers and volunteers from any and all liability and loss, damage or injury occurring during my participation at the holiday vendor fair.
