Volunteers Needed
Hello Booth Hill Parents!
Are you interested in becoming a room parent?
Being a room parent is a great opportunity to be involved in your child’s classroom activities.
Responsibilities of a room parent include:
⭐️ Assisting the teacher in planning classroom events throughout the school year (ie. Fall Celebration, Winter Celebration, etc.)
⭐️ Coordinating donations for class parties by setting up and sending out a sign-up genius requesting any items needed (i.e. healthy snack, juice, etc.)
⭐ Finding volunteers to help at classroom events, if needed
⭐ Forwarding class lists to parents and editing lists if needed
⭐ Sending reminders to parents prior to classroom events
⭐ Communicating with the parents in your child’s class and responding to emails in a timely manner
⭐️ Supporting the teacher in needs that may arise throughout the year
If you are interested in becoming a room parent for your child’s class this year, please complete the form below as soon as possible.
All parent volunteers will also need to submit a form to be checked out by our SPSS security team.
Room parents will be selected and notified by September 30, 2024.
