Classroom Funds, Room Parent Volunteers & Class List

Every year, the PTO collects $12 per child for classroom funds, looks for two room parent volunteers and compiles a classroom list for distribution to parents. Please refer to this flyer for further details. Feel free to use the paper copy received in backpack mail or complete the Classroom List Form below and either submit a check through backpack mail or make online payment for the classroom funds.

Classroom List Form

We are compiling a classroom list that will provide the student’s name and address (optional), parents’ names, email address and phone number. This list will also be used to identify any food allergies in the class. In order to do this, you must give permission for BHS to release this information. If you do not give your permission, your child will not be included on the list.

For your child to be included on the classroom list, indicate which payment option you will use to submit classroom funds of $12 per child.

1. Checks can be made payable to BHS PTO and sent into school to the Attention: Classroom Funds.

Room Parent Volunteers Needed

In addition to the funds collected, in order for classroom events to occur, we need some volunteers! Every year we choose two room parents to help with the organizing and executing of three in-class celebrations. The room parents work in conjunction with the respective room parents for that grade and their children’s teacher. Room parents will be announced via email the first week of October. If you would like to be considered for position of room parent, please include your name below.
