Holiday Vendor Fair

Thank you for participating in our 8th Annual Holiday Vendor Fair, which will take place at the Santa Visit event! The cost to set up the vendor station is $30 per table, which will help to support the Booth Hill School PTO’s efforts to enriching the lives of children through cultural events and other programs. IF you donate a basket for our Raffle Table your cost is only $25
 
Please register online at https://booth-hill-school-pto.square.site/ by December 2nd. Tables are available on a first come, first served basis so please reserve your space today!
**All vendors will need to go through approval. ** 
 
★ On December 16th the school will be open at 8.00 AM for set up.
★ Please have your table ready by 9:00AM.
★ We will provide a 6 foot table.
★ Please bring a tablecloth and keep your supplies stored neatly beneath your table.
★ We are unable to accommodate food vendors.

I agree to donate $30 required for my space by visiting https://booth-hill-school-pto.square.site/ by December 2nd. I understand that the individual product liability is my responsibility. I do hereby release and hold harmless Booth Hill School, Booth Hill School PTO, Booth Hill School PTO officers and volunteers from any and all liability and loss, damage or injury occurring during my participation at the holiday vendor fair.
