YEARBOOK ORDER DEADLINE: TUESDAY APRIL 1ST

Order your 2024-2025 Booth Hill School Yearbook. The cost per yearbook is $21. Your child can cherish their memories of BHS for years to come.

The PTO can only place orders for the number of yearbooks we receive payment for.

The yearbook company does not supply extras, so do not count on extra yearbooks being available at the end of this school year.

Yearbooks will be distributed in the beginning of June and will be sent home with your child. Make sure all members of your household are aware of the number of yearbooks ordered, so there is no misunderstanding when they are distributed.

4th Grade parents may purchase Special Message Ads for their outgoing 4th graders with their yearbook order. Submit a heartfelt personal message of love and support to have published in the yearbook for your 4th grader to read now and in future years.
The cost per special message is $5. Please include the message in the 4th Grade Special Message Box when purchasing your yearbook. Limit the message to approximately 25 words.

This will be the only time to purchase your special message for the yearbook.

🎉 BOOK FAIR! 🎉

Each student will have the opportunity to browse through the books and complete a wish list. The children will bring home their wish lists for parent review and then be able to purchase books the following day. Please clearly indicate which books your child may purchase or indicate a dollar amount that is not to be exceeded when the children are making their purchases. Please review your child’s selections carefully. Returns and exchanges will be accepted on items in new condition until fair close on Friday, March 28, 2025. The PTO will be offering each student one $5 coupon to be used towards their purchase.

Our Book Fair offers a cash-free payment option called eWallet. It’s a convenient digital account that your child can use for shopping at our Fair. Grandparents, friends, and others can contribute, too! If you can’t make it to the Fair, then shop online at our school’s Virtual Book Fair. All orders ship directly to your home, and shipping is free for book orders over $25. Your online orders will also benefit our school. If you prefer not to use eWallet, we will still be accepting payment by cash and check. It is best to send in a blank check since totals may vary. Checks should be made payable to: BHS PTO. Volunteer cashiers will be happy to fill out checks for the students and send a receipt home.
We will be hosting a special night for parents on Thursday, March 27 during conferences.

Volunteers Needed

It is time to think about next year. Are you interested in meeting new families and making new friends? Or maybe try something new you haven’t done yet? Here is your chance!

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) at Booth Hill School sponsors many events and special programs throughout the year. The PTO serves as a liaison between the Booth Hill parents, students, teachers, and administration. We have a strong goal-oriented PTO and it is important for our children, that we continue the great work that our PTO has done. It is fundamental to our organization that we fill these positions with interested and dedicated parents who are committed to the well-being of our students, staff & families.

We are looking for volunteers to fill the open positions for the 2023-2024 school year. Read the position profiles and if you are interested in one or more of these positions, or know someone who is worthy of nomination, complete the Open Positions Interest Form!
